ร้าน Locbond_Thailand: UV Adhesives 3391LV Color : สีใส Size : 50g 250g 1L Viscosity : ความหนืดปานกลาง รายละเอียด 1. กาวยูวี (UV) ใช้เป็นกาวติดกระจก (Glass Bonder) กาวติดโครงสร้างระหว่างแผ่นกระจกที่เน้นความสวยงาม และ ใส (Glass Furnture Bonder) เช่น ใช้ติดกระจกกับโลหะ , อะคริลิคกับอะคริลิค และ ชุดเฟอร์นิเจอร์กระจกกับสแตนเลส เป็นต้น 2. เป็นกาว UV ที่ต้องใช้โคมฉายแสง UV , ใช้แสงแดด (Visible Light) หรือ ใช้โคมสปอร์ตไลท์ 100W ขึ้นไป (Spotlight) เพื่อให้กาว UV แห้งตัวอย่างสมบูรณ์ จึงเริ่มใช้งานได้ วิธีการใช้งานกาว UV 1. พื้นที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานต้องไม่มีแสง หรือมีแสงน้อย 2. ควรทำความสะอาดชิ้นงานก่อน ให้ปราศจากคราบน้ำมัน น้ำ ฝุ่นละออง เตรียมผิวให้เรียบ และแห้งสนิท 3. หยอดกาวลงบนชิ้นงานด้านทึบ ระวังอย่าให้เกิดฟองอากาศ เพราะชิ้นงานจะไม่สวยงาม นำชิ้นงานด้านโปร่งวางประกบ โดยต้องระวังเรื่องการเกิดฟองอากาศ ต้องไล่ฟองอากาศให้ดี เมื่อวางประกอบได้ตำแหน่ง และสวยงามดีแล้ว ให้นำแหล่งแสงหรือเครื่องฉายแสงยูวีที่มีกำลังสูง ฉายลงไปบนชิ้นงานด้านวัตถุโปร่งแสง กรณีเป็นเครื่องฉายยูวี ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1-3 นาที กรณีเป็นสปอตไลท์ (ใช้ได้เฉพาะ ยูวี 3106) ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10-15 นาที กำลังวัตต์อย่างน้อย 100 วัตต์ขึ้นไป กรณีไม่มีเครื่องฉายแสง ให้นำไปตากแดดจัด 1. กาวส่วนที่เกินที่ล้นออกมา สามารถใช้มีดคัตเตอร์กรีดออกได้ โดยระวังเรื่องรอยขีดข่วน *หมายเหตุ* •เก็บเงินปลายทางได้ •สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีได้ (กรุณาทักเเชทเเจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม) •จัดส่งสินค้า จ.-ศ. ตัดรอบ 14.00 น. •ทักเเชทสอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ค่ะ
