เมล็ดพันธุ์พืชและต้นไม้ : ร้าน OxyBazz: มะระขาว นั้นมีประโยชน์มากมายทางสรรพคุณเป็นยาสมุนไพร ช่วยต้านโรคมะเร็ง อุดมไปด้วยธาตุเหล็กแคลเซียมเบต้าแคโรทีนวิตามิน B และ Cสำหรับสรรพคุณดีงามต่อสุขภาพในหลายด้าน ทั้งแร่ธาตุต่างๆ กากใย และทำให้เจริญอาหาร ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญแนะนำให้เอา มะระขาวมาเป็นหนึ่งในผักที่นำมาปั่นรับประทาน. มะระขาว เป็นมะระที่มีรสขมน้อย นิยมนำมาทำต้มจืด หั่นบางๆ ผัดไข่ หรือในข้าวผัด ผัดไทย เป็นเครื่องเคียงขนมจีนน้ำยา หรือกับน้ำพริกต่างๆ มีผลผลิตออกสู่ตลาดตลอดทั้งปี การเพาะมะระนั้นต้องเพาะเมล็ดก่อนนำไปปลูกในแปลงปลูก โดยการเพาะเมล็ดมะระนั้นทำได้ 3 วิธีดังนี้ ... 1 วิธีเพาะในแปลง การเพาะด้วยวิธีนี้ต้องพรวนดินให้ร่วนซุย ผสมปุ๋ยมูลสัตว์เพื่อให้ดินร่วนซุยยิ่งขึ้น นำเมล็ดมะระมาเรียงห่างกันประมาณ 3 เซนติเมตร กลบด้วยดินหนา 2-3 เซนติเมตร เอาฟางคลุมรดน้ำ 3-4 วัน รอจนต้นกล้ามีใบจริง 2 ใบ หรืออายุประมาณ 8-10 วัน ก็ย้ายแปลงปลูก โดยก่อนการถอนกล้าควรลดน้ำให้ชุ่มเสียก่อน เพื่อต้นกล้าไม่บอบช้ำมากนัก 2 วิธีการเพาะกล้าในถุงกระดาษ นำดินผสมปุ๋ยคอกใส่ถุงกระดาษ ขนาด 7 x 8 เซนติเมตร แช่เมล็ดมะระในน้ำประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง แล้วนำเมล็ดเพาะใส่ถุง ๆ ละ 1 เมล็ด รดน้ำให้พอชุ่ม เมื่อต้นกล้ามีใบจริง 2 ใบ จึงย้ายลงแปลงปลูก 3 วิธีการเพาะกล้างอก คล้ายกับการเพาะถั่วงอกส่งเป็นการบ้านสมัยเรียนหนังสือ โดยนำเมล็ดมะระมาแช่น้ำไว้ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง แล้วนำมาห่อด้วยผ้าชิ้นประมาณ 2-3 วันเมื่อเปิดดูจะเห็นว่ารากเริ่มโผล่ออกจากเมล็ดเลือกเอาแต่เมล็ดที่มี รากงอกออกมาไปปลูก บรรจุ 10เมล็ด / ซอง #เมล็ดพันธุ์ผัก #เมล็ดผักสวนครัว #เมล็ดมะระขาว #เมล็ดมะระจีนขาว #White Bitter Gourd Seeds
